The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, especially the cakes. i saw a giant tuna of 2 meters (wow!). The hotel offered cool panoramic views of the bay and an excellent sunset. The dancing performance had different styles, and there were great activities like stretching and yoga.
The territory is large and beautiful, however the air conditioner in my room only cooled the air for 6 days. I contacted the reception every day for four days to have it repaired. They replied politely that they would deal with it, but no one repaired it, and it continued to blow hot air.

The place is overall acceptable. i am disappointed with some aspects. The bathroom was not very nice. The food seemed to be prepared with inexpensive ingredients. I found it to be more on par with a 3-star hotel than a 5-star experience.. i expected better for the price paid.

i found a wheelchair friendly room near reception and that helped me a lot because i had fractured my ankle. there were plenty of swimming pools and a great beach so i had options. beautiful gardens and constant cleaning created a perfect experience.

the hotel layout was well designed, complete with great facilities. all staff members were great. i found the service perfect and i'd definitely consider returning for another visit. i especially appreciated the well maintained grounds.
the air conditioning unit in my room stopped working efficiently. i reported it to the reception desk several times, but it wasn't repaired . it definitely impacted my overall experience at the hotel.
